Since documents contained in the library do not have to be reproduced and distributed with the RFP, much more background and other material may be made available to the potential offerors. Such materials may include the GSD rule 1NMAC5.2 or appropriate procurement regulations, agency organization, systems descriptions, needs analysis, design documentation, program listings, flow charts, floor plans etc. Access to the library is controlled by the Procurement Manager.
