License Options

The Single User License allows an individual to obtain the training package for their personal use.

This license costs either $50 or $195 depending on the CD. The single user license permits one person at a time to use the training material on the CD.

 This license permits multiple single users to view the instructional materials for personal use and to print copies of the CD files for their personal use.

 The CD may not be duplicated.
 The CD contents cannot be used in presentations.
 Contents of the CD may not be placed on Web servers or Intranets.
 Multiple single user licenses may be purchased.

Examples of appropriate use:

 You purchase a CD for your own personal use.
 Your office purchases a CD for inter-office use and one person uses the CD at a time.
 Your office provides the CD to staff who are interested and only one person uses each CD at a time.

The Multi-User License allows an organization to place this training material on its network or internal web site (no public access). Choose the license fee that applies to the number of people in your organization likely to take the course or use the training material. The license is based on your estimate of the number of potential users over the next 12 months.

This license permits unlimited use of the materials by the specified number of individuals within the purchaser’s agency or organization. This license also permits the institution to place materials on their NON-PUBLIC server or Intranet for multiple and concurrent access by their staff.

The CD MAY be duplicated as long as duplicates are not distributed outside of your institution or agency.

Contents of the CD may be placed on only one of your institution’s or agency’s Web servers or on its Intranet. Access to the CD contents must be restricted to employees of your institution or organization and MUST NOT be publicly accessible via the Internet.

Examples of appropriate use (includes all appropriate uses for single user licenses):

• Your organization wants to make duplicates (limited to the number specified on your order) of the training CD for distribution within your institution or organization. You place contents of the CD on your institution or agency’s Intranet for staff and employee use.
• You are an instructor and want students to access the training content online through a password protected Web site.
• You are a state agency that will provide state-wide accessibility training within your agency.
• You want each student in your course or training program to receive a training CD.
